What does a day in the life of a professional branding photographer look like?

There’s always lots off coffee, but that’s more of a ‘me’ thing than a photographer thing!

I start the day by checking my emails and where all of my clients are up to in their journey with me.

Do I need to check in that they have decided on a date?

Do I need to make sure we have all the right props for their shoot?

When all of that is out the way, I’m usually straight into editing – this is the silent part of my job: lots of people think it’s all coffees and photoshoots, but I actually spend most of my working week editing my clients’ fantastic new shots.

I often finish the afternoon with a meeting. I always prefer meeting at the end of the day because I find that people have got all of their work done and are much more relaxed, then we can have a proper chat!
